**Overview**
Moonfleet Group of Companies, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. This role involves coordinating the scheduling and routing of drivers and vehicle. Ensuring smooth communication between drivers, processors, and farmers, while also providing administrative support to the team. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and delivers outstanding customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with multiple processors to coordinate weekly schedules.
- Schedule and dispatch drivers based on workload.
- Adjust schedules promptly to accommodate processor and farmer changes.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, farmers, and admin team.
- Handle phone calls and texts from employees regarding scheduling.
- Monitor and track fleet using Samsara
- Maintain daily logs and dispatch records.
- Ensure all deadlines are met and schedules are accurate.
- Ensure compliance with Hours of Service regulations
- Track any fleet maintenance issues

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in dispatching or logistics coordination.
- Proficiency with dispatch software and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all tasks performed.

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
