Social Media Specialist & Client Services - WellÜ (Wellness & Personal Care Clinic)

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid/Remote)

We offer multi-sensory experiences, blending modern wellness practices with high-quality personal care treatments. Our services include medical-grade facials, cosmetic injectables, naturopathic services, IV therapy, laser and cryotherapy treatments, and more. Our mission is to inspire women to prioritize their well-being while feeling beautiful and cared for.

We are seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Specialist to join our team and help elevate WellÜ’s online presence & assist with client services 1x day weekly. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the wellness, beauty, and self-care space and has a knack for creating engaging and aesthetically pleasing content, while enriching client experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation: Plan, design, and produce high-quality, engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms, aligning with WellÜ’s brand aesthetic and values.
- Content Upload: Manage and schedule posts across social platforms, ensuring consistent posting and brand voice.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and tags to foster a strong online community.
- Strategy: Collaborate with the team to develop content strategies that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and attract new clients.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and popular content styles within the wellness, beauty, and self-care industry.
- Analytics: Track and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and social media best practices and data.
- Exceptional content creation skills — ability to shoot, edit, and design social media content (video, graphics, reels, etc.).
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics and branding.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and manage a content calendar.
- Passion for wellness, beauty, and self-care is a huge plus
