We are currently looking for an ambitious and motivated Office Coordinator/Executive Assistant. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity in the film production industry.

**_ Responsibilities Include:_**
- Providing exceptional support to internal team members, as well as clients and guests
- Managing client files and paperwork
- Coordinating travel arrangements and securing required documentation
- Coordinating meetings and social events
- Managing the daily functions of the office i.e. ordering supplies

- Are a go-getter with excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage projects independently
