**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math calculations for change.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Assist in food preparation and serving as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Utilize POS systems effectively, including Micros POS, to process orders and manage inventory.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Follow all food handling guidelines to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous; experience with Micros POS is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing are essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is preferred.
