By offering both in-person and virtual therapy sessions throughout Ontario (and, with some clinicians, throughout Nova Scotia), we improve the accessibility of our psychotherapy services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional therapy to individuals, children and teens, couples and/or families, helping them navigate life’s challenges and achieve personal growth.
- Conduct both in-person and virtual sessions.
- Maintain accurate, confidential client records, in accordance with regulatory body documentation standards.

**Requirements**:

- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or equivalent
- Registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) or College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
- **Minimum two years** of counselling experience, working with individuals, couples and/or families, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices.
- Ability to work with a broad range of clinical issues.
- Availability to work both virtually and in-person in St. Thomas, Ontario.
- Willing to work select days/evenings/weekends.
- Professional liability insurance and a clear vulnerable sector check.

**Assets (preferred, but not required)**:

- Specialization in one or more areas: trauma therapy, couples counselling, youth therapy
- Experience or training in EMDR, IFS, ACT, SE, Gottman, EFT, chronic pain/illness
- Experience with digital health platforms.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
