**The successful Social Worker will**:
- Have a master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
- Have current active registration with the Ontario College of Certified Social Workers and Social Service Workers in good standing.
- Knowledge of multiple resources in Ontario.
- Helping clients with the support they need (housing, income and social support).
- Have a valid Driver’s License and reliable insured vehicle.
- Be positive, empathetic, and passionate about delivering the best care possible.

**The Not So Fine Print**:
This position is open to individuals who are eligible to work in Canada, who meet all the essential requirements stated above. Accommodation will be provided in all parts of the recruitment and assessment process as required under the CTG Accessibility policy.
