As an IAM Application Analyst, you will help maintain and develop assets in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team.

Your role:

- Understand the end-to-end integration (flows, consumers, authentication, data, etc.) of Internal IAM components
- Ensure that the documentation of all ecosystem sub-components (Configuration Item - CI) is kept up to date in the Bank’s asset management tool (CMDB - Configuration Management Database) and meets the expected compliance level
- Monitor infrastructure hardening and maintenance (patches, vulnerabilities, certificate renewals, etc.)
- Lead workshops on various asset management topics and follow-ups
- Manage bugs, anomalies, changes, problems, etc.
- On an ongoing basis, participate in improving and automating processes to support business projects and users

**Required competencies**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Approximately 5 years of relevant professional experience as an analyst in IT project delivery and/or cybersecurity
- ITIL Certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong commitment to client satisfaction
- Proven analytical and synthesis skills and the ability to explain complex concepts
- Ability to work under pressure (in the event of a major incident)
- Knowledge of the CMDB and Atlassian suite (Jira and Confluence)
- Knowledge of identity and access management, a major asset
- Proficiency in French and English
- Experience in teams responsible for developing complex software solutions including back-end services (micro-service architecture) and client interfaces

Preferred competencies:

- Pipeline and DevOps knowledge, an asset
- Knowledge of these tools and concepts is a definite plus: Azure AD, CyberArk, SSO, IdentityIQ
- Experience with Agile methodology/SAFe
