There is no better place that demonstrates this passion than **The Met Hotel**, a charming 27 room Boutique Hotel located in New Westminster.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Must have availability/flexibility to work a variety of shifts**:

- Providing courteous, professional and pleasant phone manners
- Checking clients in and out, promptly, professionally with a welcoming manner
- Answering internal and external phones and transferring to proper departments
- Answering the reservation line and selling rooms
- Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner
- Must follow procedures and policies implemented by the Hotel
- Provide tourist information to Hotel guests
- Performing general office duties
- Responsible for cash float and processing proper form of payment
- To balance all revenue departments, credit card receipts, verify cash intake and the accuracy of all hotel account
- Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain the assets, team members and guests in a safe manner. Report all unsafe conditions immediately

**What You Have**
- High School diploma
- 1+ years experience or in a similar position with customer service emphasis
- Must be able to communicate effectively (written & verbal) in English
- Must be able to work well under pressure, self-motivated, dependable and reliable
- Hospitality knowledge is an asset
