**Key Responsibilities**:
- Relieve other staff for breaks at the front desk
- Provide Guest service for Sabai Thai Spa
- Takes spa reservations for internal and external guests.
- Interacts with other staff members in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information.
- Communicates all pertinent information to the Spa manager and Supervisors.
- Ensures guest satisfaction by maintaining a clean and safe facility.
- Entering guest file/ and make sure guests sign intake form in the spa software
- Organize room schedule for spa therapist booking efficiency
- Solicits guest feedback via guest comment cards and acknowledges guest preferences for future visits.
- Answer the telephone in a professional manner and assist guests with any questions.
- Maintains a clean and organized spa by monitoring the facilities regularly and clean as needed.
- Handles all guest complaints with the utmost confidence, grace, and concern for their satisfaction.
- Provides courteous, efficient service to all guests and spa visitors.
- Greets guests immediately upon arrival.
- Provides guests with a tour, explaining spa amenities offered and answering any questions the guests may have.
- Reviews and confirms guests’ appointments.
- Sanitize and stock washroom, hallway, and front area clean and tidy, makes sure garbage out daily
- If laundry facilities are available, replenish clean linens and stock linen area
- Restocks supplies and amenities. Follow Cleaning Checklist
- Report any problems immediately to management staff
- Refer guest to other service providers within spa
- Attend all staff meetings, training, and goal setting meetings
- Sales Effort to meet the “Target” goal, this means that reasonable effort is made to reach goal, rebook guests, sell product, pre-sale membership/bundle package, and Enhancements.
- Customer Service is the most critical area in the spa environment, remember the only real boss in the spa industry is the customer, they fire us by simply spending their money somewhere else.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 2 years as Guest Service, Host or Spa Receptionist.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Proficiency in using booking and scheduling software.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
**What we offer you**
- Compensation is based on individual performance- 2 week vacation pay after one year of employment- Statutory holidays, or stat pay in lieu.- Commissions are offered on retail sales- Group bonus available if the target is met- Benefits for Full-Time employees (After 6 months employed)
