**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude that reflects Go Richmond Subaru’s commitment to outstanding service
- Conduct accurate vehicle appraisals for trade-ins, purchases, and internal inventory using market data and digital tools
- Clearly explain the valuation process and findings to customers, ensuring a transparent and comfortable experience
- Work closely with the sales and inventory teams to support vehicle acquisition and pricing decisions
- Keep up with current automotive market trends and valuation tools
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely data entry into dealership systems
- Build rapport and trust with customers to create long-lasting relationships and repeat business

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- Experience in customer service (automotive or appraisal background is a bonus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Knowledge of vehicle appraisal tools (e.g., Canadian Black Book, CARFAX, vAuto, etc.) is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- A team player mindset and a willingness to learn and grow
