**Ballast Regulator Operator - Western Canada**

If you’re an experienced **Regulator Operator **that is passionate about safety, enjoy working outdoors, and love to travel, this opportunity is for you.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Experience as Ballast Regulator Operator**: Minimum 1-year experience operating the Regulator on track.
- **Final Work**:Experienced not just with fill in but also final product.
- **CROR**:Previous CROR (rules) certification.
- **Quality Work Boots**: Willingness to invest in 8-inch **metatarsal **work boots (not basic work boots) for safety.
- **Fit-For-Duty**: Pass criminal record check and drug and fitness screening, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- **Physicality**: Must be able to work as labourer when required.
- **Railway Operating Rules**: Pass all required railway operating rules examinations.
- **Flexibility**: Ability and willingness to travel to remote work locations as needed.
- **Shift Availability**: Be prepared to work all shifts.
- **Self-Sufficiency**: Support yourself until your first paycheck arrives.
