We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Associate to join our team. ffering both online e-commerce and in-person services. We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team and contribute to our daily operations. Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth functioning of our office. This multifaceted position involves a variety of administrative, clerical, and human resources tasks, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities:
- Document Creation: Prepare, format, and edit various documents, including correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Employee Documents: Assist with the creation, organization, and maintenance of employee-related documents.
- Incoming/Outgoing Calls: Professionally handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Human Resources (HR) Support: Provide administrative support to HR functions, such as maintaining employee records and assisting with recruitment processes.
- Bookkeeping Assistance: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Payroll Support: Provide administrative support to the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of information.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook effectively for various administrative tasks.
- Sign-in/Out Sheet Management: Maintain and monitor the employee sign-in/out sheet.
- Monthly Schedule Coordination: Assist in the creation and management of the monthly employee schedule. Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience with basic bookkeeping and payroll processes is an asset.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 3 per week
