About Our Client Our client is a well‑established, values‑driven real estate development company based in Toronto, ON. Known for delivering high‑quality and thoughtfully designed projects, they operate with a highly integrated, hands‑on approach – managing projects from early concept through to construction and delivery. About This Role The Administrative Associate plays a central role in supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the business. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this individual will be responsible for keeping the office and administrative functions running smoothly, while providing cross‑functional support to corporate services activities. This role is well suited to someone who is highly organized, proactive, and enjoys being the “go‑to” person in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop as a professional while contributing to the operational backbone of a growing organization. Key Responsibilities Providing administrative support to senior leadership and project teams Managing calendars, meetings, correspondence, and document organization Preparing and formatting reports, presentations, and internal documentation Coordinating invoices, expense tracking, and basic financial administration Maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems About The Candidate The ideal candidate brings 2–4 years of experience in an administrative, office coordination, or operations support role. They are highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion. They possess strong written and verbal communication skills and are confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), with experience using document management or project management tools considered an asset. A post–secondary education in business administration, office administration, or a related field is preferred. This individual is a self‑starter who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes ownership of their work, and enjoys supporting a growing, entrepreneurial team. Prior experience in real estate, construction, or professional services will be viewed as a strong asset. Compensation & Benefits This role offers a base salary in the range of CAD $55,000‑60,000, along with extended health & dental benefits and 2 weeks of paid vacation.
