**Recruiting**
- Participate in the implementation of a new talent acquisition business model
- Integrate, supervise, train and develop a new team of 8 talent acquisition professionals
- Ensure compliance with talent acquisition indicators
- Advise and collaborate with management teams to ensure business results are achieved
- Monitor talent attraction and acquisition trends and develop strategy
- Develop and maintain partnerships with external expert firms to support recruitment efforts
