**What You Will Do**:
Provides complex project management-related technical support to multiple teams by:

- Develop and maintain budget standards, guidelines, and project control processes.
- Support project controls analysts and specialists in achieving results for multiple projects.
- Provide technical advice on Project Controls Management tools.
- Audit, develop and deliver training programs for Enbridge-sanctioned cost and earned value management standards.
- Drive organizational results by understanding industry metrics and company objectives.

Provides operational support and leadership by:

- Championing effective cost management and earned value to achieve business results.
- Demonstrating leadership of thought in making projects predictable and competitive.
- Facilitating the Enbridge Cost Community of Practice as a cost professional and as a representative of the Project Management Office.
- Conducting project controls health checks ensuring that the team’s processes are aligned with the company’s business procedures as well as with Project’s goals and objectives.

**Who you are**:

- University degree or diploma in engineering, business, project management or related field.
- Minimum of 6 or more years of experience. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Extensive planning, budgeting, analysis and forecasting experience including a strong understanding of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), accounting principles and earned value management.
- Experience with oil and gas construction projects.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize workload in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form. This includes the ability to effectively interact with peers, internal and external collaborators. Strong written communications abilities, including good spelling and grammar are essential for this position.
- Possess the skills for successfully building relationships with project staff, internal partners, and service providers.
- PMI PMP and/or PSP certification with AACE International considered assets.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office environment.
- Less than 5% of travel is required. Valid passport is required.
