Employee Services Representative

JOB PURPOSE:The Employee Services Representative is responsible for being the first point of contact for employees and for visitors, answering phones, maintaining the visitor management system, scheduling tours, reporting as well as other office duties. Hours of work are from 11:30 PM – 8:00 PM.First point of contact for CMP employeesCreates employment confirmation lettersPosting/removal of daily/weekly HR board information around plant.
