**Responsibilities Summary**:

- Manage incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Create detailed call logs for inbound / outbound service calls.
- Manage incoming and outbound mail.
- Maintain and update company products on various dotcom sites.
- Help with new strategies to increase online presence, customer reviews, brand loyalty and drive-up sales.
- Support other team members as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (excel, word and Power Point)
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken), Bilingual an asset but not required.
- Professional customer service skills.
- Organized, detail oriented and problem-solving skills.
- Punctual, hardworking and eager.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently or in a team.
- Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- 1 - 2 years office experience.

**Location**: Markham

**Hours**: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30 pm

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
