Responsibilities:

- Prepare Business requirements documents for changes and enhancements.
- Test and validate all changes prior to implementation to ensure quality and accuracy aligns with Aviva regulatory audit and risk & control standards.
- Document system processes for Guidewire Billing Center
- Identify impacts on business processes based on detailed solutions and strategies.
- Work collaboratively with Guidewire developers to determine both the workaround and the fix to the issue.
- Write technical documents to describe operating procedures.
- Proactive monitoring of system behavior within the operations to ensure that core systems are functioning effectively.
- Creating/enhancing job aids as well as any relevant documentation within Billing.
- Recommend process improvements for Guidewire workflow, moving towards the goal of increasing efficiencies.
- Identify and recommend process improvements in the department.
- Create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts.
- Work closely with the Team Leader, and Business Stakeholders to understand current business processes.
- Translate business issues/challenges and objectives into viable quality technical documentation and be able to recommend alternative solutions.

- Guidewire knowledge (preferably strong Billing Center knowledge)
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

**Salary**: Up to $105,000.00 per year
