**ROLE-1**:Guidewire Business Analyst - Certified

**LOCATION**:Markham, ON

**FULLTIME PERMANENT ONLY.**

Required Skills and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate on planning, prioritization, and design.
- 5 + Years Business Analyst experience in Guidewire Policy Center/Claims/Billing Center
- Document business requirements and acceptance criteria
- Create, monitor and constant review of sprint plans looking for opportunities to optimize where applicable.
- Organize and lead working sessions and project update meetings within various levels of the organization.
- Work closely with business and technical team members in support of project deliverables.
- Identify project issues/roadblocks and steps for mitigation and resolution.
- Provide feedback and recommendations on projects and process improvement along with technical Skills.
- 5 + Years Business Analyst experience in Guidewire Policy Center/Claims/Billing Center
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Insurance Domain.
- Minimum 7+ years’ experience in Requirement Gathering and Analysis.
- Agile and Scrum Master experience
- Guidewire Cloud Certification a MUST
- Strong stakeholder management and results oriented.
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Time management skills with the ability to establish priorities and effective follow-up.
- Must be a team-player, a team builder, and a driver.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $95,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
