We are looking for a F**ull Time forklift operator/warehouse Associate**. This is an exciting opportunity to grow and gain experience with The Original Cakerie.

Responsibilities & Duties:

- Locating products in the warehouse; use of reach truck required
- Order selection and loading of trailers
- Housekeeping of the receiving and shipping areas
- Working with power equipment, hi-reach forklifts
- Adherence to procedures, safety practices and policy

Position Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Receiving, picking and shipping
- Knowledge of Outlook
- Have strong communication, oral, written and comprehension skills
- Be able to work quickly, under pressure, and have a sense of urgency
- Be able to record and reconcile information while prioritizing
- Have the ability to work independently and with mínimal direction
- Have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- The flexibility to meet the ever-changing needs of the department
- Outstanding work safe attitude and safety record
- Good attendance record
- This position will require reach truck certification to support the shipping Operations in the department.
- Forklift #2 (counter-balance & narrow aisle) and power jack experience required.
- Please note:Heavy lifting is required up to 22 kg.
- Must have experience on CROWN or RAYMOND reach trucks
- Experience with double wide racking preferred.
- ** This is a Monday to Friday role 1:00PM to 9:30pm**

**The probationary rate for this role is $21.33 (70 Shifts)**

**The full rate for this role once probationary period has passed $23.70**
