While the initial commitment is Saturdays (on-call), there is a strong potential for this to become a regular weekend role Training Details: You must complete a mandatory three-week paid training program before starting your Saturday shift. Position: Forklift Operator / Shipper & ReceiverShift: Saturdays (on-call; approximately 11-hour shift); 3 Weeks training on Dayshift: Mon-Friday, 7:00AM-3:30PM.Salary: $23.29/hrLocation: London, ONAdvantagesWeekend shift - opportunity for extra income Competitive pay of $23.29/hrWork with a friendly and helpful team Lockers are available for personal belongings. Vending machines, coffee makers, microwaves, and fridges are available for employee use. Parking is provided with keycard access.ResponsibilitiesThe role involves a variety of warehouse tasks including operating a low lift pallet truck, reach truck, and loading trucks with a counterbalance forklift; picking and building skids (5-18 kg), and repetitive work on a machine (approximately 50% of the role). Experience with RF scanners is required.QualificationsMust have experience operating a low lift truck, reach truck and counterbalance forklift, and experience using RF scanners. Warehouse and picking experience, as well as experience with skid loaders and working in cold storage environments, are considered assets.
