Reporting to the Senior Financial Analyst, the Finance Clerk will serve as a key support for the client.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Review and process incoming WorkDay invoices & requisitions
- Set up purchase orders for WorkDay requests
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of donor records in database
- Invoice entry into Financial Edge for Calls on Funds
- Reconciliation of outstanding purchase orders
- Support management decision-making by producing reports and queries, as needed

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post-secondary education in related discipline
- Strong proficiency in Raiser’s Edge and Workday
- Minimum two years’ experience and demonstrated success in finance
- High level of confidentiality
- Strong data entry skills - proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word)
- Detail oriented and conscientious of deadlines and deliverables
- Ability to work independently, with mínimal supervision, and under the pressure of a multi-stakeholder environment
- Bilingualism an asset

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Workday: 2 years (preferred)
- Raiser's Edge: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ottawa, ON K1H 8L1
