Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for assisting the Finance Department with data entry.

**About the Job**:

- Weekly Inventory Count data entry
- Daily Sales data entry
- Entering supplier invoices to accounting system
- Organizing productivity reports
- Other data entry duties required by management
- Filing, scanning and organizing paperwork

**About You**:

- Previous Data Entry experience
- Fast and accurate keyboarding skills
- Ability to adhere to confidentiality when working with sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and mínimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Proficiency in basic computer program
- Willingness to learn and upgrade skills as needed
