This role encompasses various HR responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and policy implementation. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Employee Relations**: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns. - **Compliance**: Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations. Update company policies as needed. - **Payroll & Benefits**: Support payroll processing and administer employee benefits programs. - **Performance Management**: Assist in the execution of performance review cycles and support professional development initiatives. - **HR Administration**: Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems and documentation. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 5 + years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role. - Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
