**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute digital ad strategies for social and search platforms, including LinkedIn, X, Meta, and Google.
- Manage and optimize all aspects of campaign setup including audience targeting, keyword research, budget allocation, and ad placement.
- Manage programmatic and hyper-display ad campaigns to ensure reach and engagement goals are met.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to align ad creatives, messaging, and branding with organic content strategies.
- Analyze ad performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and target continually to optimize campaigns and ensure maximum ROI.
- Prepare regular reports and insights to communicate performance metrics and optimize future ad strategy.
- Collaborate with other teams to align ad campaigns with broader marketing objectives.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital advertising, specifically with LinkedIn, X, Meta, and Google ads.
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, display ads, and hyper-targeting.
- Expertise in data analysis, ad optimization, and reporting.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Familiarity with ad tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Googly Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
