**Position Overview**

We’re looking for a hands-on, customer-focused **Onsite PC Technician** to join our team in Saskatoon. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving in person, building client relationships, and keeping technology running smoothly. You’ll support clients directly at their locations, performing workstation setups, troubleshooting, and on-site hardware repairs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform onsite installation, maintenance, and repair of desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Deploy new workstations, configure Microsoft 365 accounts, and join systems to managed domains.
- Diagnose hardware and software issues and resolve them efficiently.
- Support network-connected printers, VoIP phones, and basic LAN connectivity.
- Maintain clear documentation in the ticketing system (Connectwise / HaloPSA / similar).
- Collaborate with remote Tier 2 and Tier 3 teams for complex escalations.
- **Provide professional client communication and maintain a strong service presence.**:

- Ensure all onsite work complies with cybersecurity and endpoint security policies.
- Manage parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for warranty repairs.

**Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, PC repair, or field service.
- Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Understanding of basic networking (IP addressing, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi).
- Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred (Network+, MCSA an asset).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required (travel to client sites within Saskatoon and area).
