International Auto Group (IAG) boast seven dealerships across the GTA which encompasses 10 legendary brands.

IAG is seeking an enthusiastic, confident, positive, self-motivated team member who is looking to embark on an exciting career at **Formula Ford** as a **Part-time** **Front Desk Receptionist.**

We are looking for an individual who is reliable, honest, organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong desire to succeed.

**Job Duties**:

- Answer phones and direct calls in a professional manner.
- Ensure that customers in the showroom have been looked after.
- Take messages for employees-always include proper name and phone number.
- Keep log sheets for the sales managers for sales calls and sales ups.
- Keep filing cabinet with dockets in an orderly manner.
- Ensure sales personal and department managers check in and out.
- Put service and parts invoices into numerical order then file in the same order.
- Receipt funds from new and used car sales.
- Update and maintain brochures.
- Ensure that coffee is always available for customers, cups etc. and area is neat and tidy.
- File car deals at month end by customer name, retail or lease.
- Ensure that all visitors “sign in” into log book and are explained the Visitor Safety Policy.
- Other duties as required.
- HEALTH & SAFETY:

- Work in compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
- Use and wear proper protective equipment, devices and clothes if required by manager.
- Report any missing or defective proper protective equipment that may be hazardous to a manager or the Joint and Health and Safety Committee.
- Report any known workplace hazard and not use or operate any equipment or work that may endanger any worker.
- Communication skills both verbal and telephone
- Computer literate
- CDK system
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Must be a self-starter
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
