Rougemount Physiotherapy, located at the Pickering-Scarborough border, has been providing physiotherapy and massage therapy services since 1995. We are dedicated to providing our clients with the highest quality of care. We are a staff of four registered physiotherapists and two registered massage therapists.

We are currently hiring an evening receptionist for our clinic. The position we are recruiting for works Monday-Thursday 2pm-7:30pm. I am happy to say we have a great team of staff most of whom have been working at the clinic for a very long time.

Responsibilities include:

- Greeting clients on the phone or in clinic with a friendly kind disposition to make them feel welcome and comfortable.
- Closing of Interac transactions and ensuring the day's billing and payments are balancing.
- Light cleaning duties such as wiping touch points around the clinic, laundry duties, light wipe of bathroom surfaces and laundry room sink.
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory of supplies.
- Working as a team with our reception staff, physiotherapists and massage therapists to ensure a positive experience for our clients within the clinic.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong time management skills, be punctual and responsible.
- Rapport with staff and clients is of the utmost importance. We expect our reception staff to be courteous, kind and professional on the phone and in person at all times.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Able to respond to challenges in a quick and effective manner.
- Flexibility to cover if another receptionist is ill, or on vacation is important.
- Jane software and MS office experience is a definite asset.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-26 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Our clinic continues to take precautions with regard to COVID-19. We continue screening clients, all staff and clients wear masks, the front desk has plexiglass barriers and cleaning and disinfecting protocols are in place.
