The Operations Supervisory team forms the backbone of the company. They are responsible for management of day to day operations relating to the enforcement of company policies, procedures and practices. They are also responsible for scheduling of shifts and responding to last minute requests. A successful Operations Supervisor will be an intermediary between the employees and Management staff at the head office. In addition to this, Operations Supervisors are also responsible for carrying out patrols and responding to a variety of alarms, this requires a high degree of flexibility and time management to ensure that all duties are fulfilled. Mobile Operation Supervisors work on the road and manage the mobile team efficiently. They are required to support the mobile team by assisting in patrols and site check ins. Currently looking for Experienced Mobile Supervisors who are "G" licenced with a minimum of 3 years of driving and are familiar with the GTA. Shift Times: (Continental Day Shifts) start times currently at 0700-1900.
