Come join our team Dr. Marcia Hartt Medical Aesthetics is a thriving Medical Aesthetics practice in Southwest Edmonton. We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic individual for the role of a Full-time Marketing Coordinator.

The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with Dr. Hartt and the Operations Manager to help design, create, and deliver a successful marketing program to effectively support the company’s business objectives.

EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communication

EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1 year marketing experience
- Experience working with social media channels, planning, and executing online campaigns
- Previous experience in aesthetics industry would be an asset

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current on social media trends and have a thorough understanding of different marketing platforms
- Experience with Facebook and Google ads
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Adobe
- Knowledge of Canva and graphic design
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Have a keen eye for details, ensuring a high standard of quality in everything you do
- Proactive and self-starter
- Great organizational, project management and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Able to undertake projects and tasks independently
- Knowledge and interest in Medical Spas/Aesthetics industry

THE ROLE
- Help develop and execute the overall marketing plan for the clinic
- Assist with the implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Collaborate with client services, aesthetics, and injectors to help create promotions for products and services that align with our business objectives and client demographic
- Create content that is relevant to our client base and implement strategies that grow, engage, retain, and ultimately generate leads in our social media accounts
- Maintain and update website for SEO
- Create and manage digital marketing and advertising campaigns (Facebook and Google)
- Work with client services to ensure customer queries made on digital platforms are answered according to established guidelines
- All other related tasks
