**Summary**

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing marketing activities within the marketing department. This will include the creation of marketing materials, promotional campaigns and social media branding. The Marketing Coordinator will provide creative concepts to execute these activities. The Marketing Coordinator will act to support six MC College Campuses to promote full and part time programs, increase salon and spa client services and drive retail sales.

**Qualifications Required**:

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing
- Excellent understanding and working knowledge of brand building and brand management
- Knowledge of the Hair, Esthetics and Fashion industry an asset
- Basic graphic design skills and an eye for aesthetics in presentation materials
- Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

**Working Conditions**
- Once permitted, travel may be required
- Daily use desktop computer and peripherals
- Lifting or moving up to 20lbs may be required

**Compensation**
- Compensation will be a salary.
- Attention: Lynn Van Lersberghe

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
