One vacancy exists for a Digester/Bleach Labourer (VTR). The entry level labourer will be expected to provide vacation and training relief and expected to train into the line of progression. This is a shift worker position. This is a bargaining unit position, open to all PPWC members. The hourly rate of pay will be per the current PPWC Labour Agreement.

Applicants are expected to be able to perform the following, (but not limited to) duties:

- Clean up of the area.
- Monitor and perform physical checks of the digester area as needed.
- Provide support to the operation of the digester.
- Successfully train up the line of progression.

This is a physically demanding job. The successful incumbent must be able to:

- Be comfortable at heights, frequently climb stairs and vertical ladders.
- Be on their feet for extended periods.
- Be comfortable working around dust, caustic chemicals, heat & humidity
- Have good visual perception.
- Be vigilant about safety.
- Be computer literate.
- Be clean shaven.
