- Assist the laser machine operator in loading and unloading materials onto the laser cutting machine.
- Perform deburring tasks on parts as required, using appropriate tools and techniques to smooth edges and remove burrs.
- Identify and organize parts as they come off the laser machine, ensuring they are sorted and arranged for easy access by the brake operator.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including removing scrap materials, sweeping floors, and disposing of waste properly.
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks on the laser machine, such as cleaning lenses or replacing cutting heads under the guidance of the operator.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Communicate effectively with the laser machine operator and other team members to coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks as needed.
- Adhere to production schedules and deadlines, working efficiently to keep the production line running smoothly.
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes and increase productivity within the laser operations department.

Chez Trebor, nous fabriquons des équipements et des accessoires en aluminium de haute qualité pour les semi-remorques et les remorques depuis 1985. Notre équipe s'agrandit actuellement et nous sommes à la recherche d'un Manœuvre général pour se joindre à nous.

Responsabilités
- Aider l'opérateur de la machine laser à charger et décharger les matériaux sur la machine de découpe laser.
- Effectuer des tâches d'ébavurage sur les pièces selon les besoins, en utilisant les outils et les techniques appropriés pour lisser les bords et éliminer les bavures.
- Identifier et organiser les pièces à leur sortie de la machine laser, en veillant à ce qu'elles soient triées et disposées de manière à ce que l'opérateur du frein puisse y accéder facilement.
- Maintenir une zone de travail propre et organisée, notamment en éliminant les déchets, en balayant les sols et en éliminant les déchets de manière appropriée.
- Aider à effectuer des tâches de maintenance de base sur la machine laser, telles que le nettoyage des lentilles ou le remplacement des têtes de coupe, sous la direction de l'opérateur.
- Respecter les protocoles et les procédures de sécurité à tout moment afin de garantir un environnement de travail sûr pour soi-même et pour les autres.
- Communiquer efficacement avec l'opérateur de la machine laser et les autres membres de l'équipe afin de coordonner le flux de travail et de hiérarchiser les tâches en fonction des besoins.
- Respecter les programmes de production et les délais, travailler efficacement pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de la ligne de production.
- Rechercher en permanence des moyens d'améliorer les processus et d'accroître la productivité au sein du département des opérations laser.
