At RPSF, you'll play a vital role in our production process, ensuring quality and efficiency every step of the way.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning tasks on job sites.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members.
- Operate basic tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Support skilled tradespeople in various tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in manufacturing roles
- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects
- Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and machinery
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
