Construction Labourer

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with setting up job sites, including loading and unloading materials.
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and construction waste/materials.
- Clean units under construction both inside and out.
- Performs tasks including drywall patching, paint touch-ups, and caulking.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform intense physical labour on a daily basis.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Required:

- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid Driver’s license and a personal vehicle.

Nice-to-have:

- Prior experience in construction or related field.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in construction sites.
