**About the Role**

As a Steel Cutting and Bending Operator, you will work with cutting-edge equipment to support our steel processing department. You will be responsible for programming, operating, and maintaining machinery while ensuring high-quality results.

**Key Responsibilities**

Program and operate equipment including **laser, waterjet, plasma cutting tables**, and **press brakes**.

Use and manage **nesting software** like SigmaNEST or ProNest (familiarity is an asset).

Prepare, load, and unload materials for cutting operations.

Perform routine **maintenance and repairs** on machinery.

Inspect finished parts for quality and make necessary corrections.

Prepare orders for shipping.

Utilize computer skills to fine-tune cutting programs.

Communicate production updates and requirements to supervisors.

**What We’re Looking For**:
Be **mechanically inclined** and comfortable working with computers.

Adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Be **physically fit**, with the ability to perform whole-body movements and lift materials as needed.

Have experience in steel cutting and bending (preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person).
