**Job Overview**:As an Entry Level Plant Operator at EcoWest Plastics, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. Working under the guidance of experienced operators and supervisors, you will learn the ins and outs of our production systems and gain valuable hands-on experience in plastic extrusion and molding.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor machinery used in the extrusion blow molding process
- Assist in the setup and preparation of equipment for production runs
- Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet our high standards
- Notify supervisors of any equipment malfunctions or deviations from quality standards
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- Assist with material handling and inventory management
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve standing, bending, and lifting
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
