Jr. Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Jr. Project Coordinator to join the team in Great Vancouver Canada, who shall be self-motivated, independent and teamwork, with strong communication skills, work ethic, and academic/professional background.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work with Project Manager and project team to run developments in all matters;
- To attend all the pre-contract and post-contract progress meetings and follow up action items with detail plans;
- Communicates with internal and external parties including consultants, GC, subtrades, the authority, etc. and ensure that safety, quality, performance and productivity are met;
- Collaborate with site superintendents, construction managers and project team to ensure the construction to meet the designs, specifications, schedules and budgets;
- Record site requests and change orders from GC and subcontracts and advise the team of why and when and the costs;
- Take meeting minutes, maintain project administration correspondence, and compliy with documentations in daily, weekly and monthly bases.
**Requirements**:
- Holder of Bachelor's Degree in related disciplines;
- Civil/Structural Engineering is preferred;
- 1-3 years of experience in a site role is preferred;
- Local experience in General Contractors and Construction Companies is preferred;
- Knowledge of construction project life cycle from foundation to final occupancy;
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills;
- Organize and run effective site meetings with different parites;
- IT skills incluidng Auto CAD, Blue Beam, Office to sketch the problems and reports;

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
