Jr. Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Jr. Project Coordinator to join the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- To assist Project Manager runs property developments in all matters;
- To support project delivery within time, costs and quality;
- To coordinate design drawings' buildability with the project goal;
- To settle the progress draws with consultants;
- To verify and negotiate all change order matters;
- To review the contract documents, drawings, and specifications;
- To review and monitor project schedules;
- To attend coordination meetings amongst the City, Consultants and or General Contractor;
- To attend all the pre-contract and post-contract progress meetings;
- To execute quality control and issue non-conformity reports.

**Requirements**:

- Holder of Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Arch, ID, Engineering, PM or CM, etc.;
- Local experience in property developers/consultation firms/general contractors;
- Familiar with property developments, site construction, design management, engineering systems, etc.;
- Excellent communication skills with different parties such as consultants, GCs, subtrades, the City, etc.;
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent problem understanding and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to monitor numerous projects simultaneously;
