Social Media Creative Manager

**SOCIAL MEDIA CREATIVE MANAGER**

Located in Ottawa's downtown Byward Market, NRML is inspired by connecting its clientele to the energy of Sneaker and Street Culture, bringing everything together in one place -Culture, Music and Fashion. The NRML story is one of a kind and the NRML experience should be the same. We are seeking an individuals skilled with marketing strategies, social media planning and content creation. The role overview will be to further develop NRML’s brand identity, oversee the creation and implementation of assets and manage all social media platforms.

Responsibilities include:

- Please note this is an in person role located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
- Development and implementation of NRML’s overall social media and community engagement strategy
- Develop strategies for audience acquisition and engagement
- Create and manage campaigns for multiple projects across a variety of platforms including but not limited to Mailouts, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Tiktok, Youtube, linkedin and Google.
- Work with our paid marketer partners to continuously bring new assets for our ad buys
- Monitor performance of campaigns and restructure as needed
- Manage all social media accounts - to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, grow followers, build website traffic, generate leads, and achieve other identified metrics. Driving traffic through content.
- Write and edit compelling digital campaigns and blog posts
- Weekly and Monthly photography tasks; product shots including flat lays and editorial shoots.
- Store signage and posters when requested.
- Increase reach by identifying new digital opportunities, optimizing existing channels, and testing out new ideas
- Work within set budgets for each platform to execute goals and achieve KPIs
- Work alongside our team to implement opportunities and strategies for upcoming campaigns
- Monitor and report on competitor performance
- Reporting regularly on all digital key performance indicators and metrics;
- Schedule, maintain and boost content using social scheduling tools
- Contribute to campaign ideas and future strategic planning sessions
- Organize photo and video shoots to create content
- Work alongside our web developers to make updates and changes to the website as necessary

Must Haves:

- In person role with flexibility. Must be located in Ottawa or willing to relocate.(required)
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing
- Minimum 2 years of content creation
- Two years photoshop experience.
- Portfolio of past work including links to social media projects.
- Graphic Design Experience building marketing materials
- Experience in video editing and photography
- Experience building a content calendar on platforms such as: Hoostsuite, Metasuite, Later
- Experience with Google Shopping and Analytics
- Extensive experience with Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Excellent time management, and advanced planning.
- Balanced approach to business and creativity.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Above average computer skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Copywriting experience
- Strong time management skills
- Good critical thinking and analytical skills
- Stays up to date on industry trends and platform advancements

- Experience and results driven track record with Facebook ads
