**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with clients’ business goals.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (text, images, video) across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and more.
- Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Engage with online communities, responding to comments and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to ensure best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and video production teams to create compelling campaigns.
- Monitor and report on social media trends and competitor activities.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including targeting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Some travel may be required throughout the province, throughout Canada and internationally.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
- Strong skills in graphic design, particularly with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, CANVA).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and how social media can drive sales.
- Experience using Planable or similar social media management tools.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of advertising principles and best practices on social media platforms.
- A passion for staying current with social media trends and emerging technologies.

**Nice to have skills**:

- Experience with Illustrator, and Photoshop or similar social media design tools is an asset
- Experience with Google Analytics or other 3rd party reporting tools
- Basic video editing for social reels
- Experience with CRMs, our team uses MONDAY.COM

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
