As a member of the Housekeeping Department the Room Attendant is responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience by providing the highest standard of room cleanliness and comfort.

Impact & Influence on Guests, Associates and Business
- Constantly provide professional, friendly and engaging service to our guests, this includes attending to all guest requests and concerns.
- Ensure assigned guest rooms are cleaned according to hotel/brand standards
- Deliver guest room supplies
- Ensure security of guest rooms
- Communicate all guest room maintenance issues/concerns to Supervisor
- Knowledge of department cleaning products; this includes complying with all safe handling procedures and wearing required PPE as necessary
- Conduct on the job training to new associates as required
- Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, and Skills
- Housekeeping experience an asset
- Demonstrated proficiency in the following competencies:
Work Conditions
- Hotel environment
- High level of mental effort and attention to detail
- High level of sensory attention; sight and hearing
- Exposure to various cleaning solvents, chemicals, etc.
- Physical demands include but are not limited to walking, standing, reaching, pulling, pushing and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:
