**Required Qualifications**:
Completion of Grade 10 required.
**Additional Required Qualifications**:
Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (Level C) required. Recent Operating Room Service Attendant experience required. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively required. Demonstrated ability to maintain interpersonal relationships with patients, co-workers and other hospital personnel required. Must be able to follow instructions, work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Must be able to meet the job demand analysis requirements required. Ability to stand and walk for complete shift required.
