The Room Attendant is responsible to maximize guest satisfaction and loyalty by providing the overall cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms, lobby, and public areas in accordance with the standards of Fantasyland Hotel.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Thoroughly clean, dust, and vacuum the lobby, public areas, hallways, guest rooms, and grounds area to ensure a pristine environment.
- Expertly preparing guest rooms by stripping and making beds according to hotel standards.
- Replacing soiled bed and bath linens with fresh ones to uphold a high level of comfort for guests.
- Meticulously cleaning and mopping bathrooms, fixtures, and floors, including Jacuzzis (if applicable within the rooms).
- Ensuring the availability of essential amenities in each room, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the team to handle all reasonable requests from management within your capabilities.
- Diligently inspecting rooms for deficiencies and damages, promptly reporting them to the supervisor.
- Maintaining a strong focus on safety and security controls to ensure the well-being of both guests and the hotel.
- Keeping housekeeping carts clean, organized, and well-stocked for efficient room cleaning.
- Stocking, cleaning, and securing storage areas, ensuring proper organization and cleanliness.
- Performing any reasonable and related duties to support the overall operation of the hotel.
- Collecting and turning in all lost and found items to ensure guests' belongings are returned promptly.
- Performing all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner, following established company policies and procedures to meet the position's objectives.

**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours a day.
- Physical demands include lifting, bending/reaching, pulling/pushing, walking.
- Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently.
- Must be able to perform to set cleaning standards.
- Must have a good working knowledge of the English language.
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must have knowledge of cleaning techniques and practices.

**TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT**:

- This is a Full-time position requiring flexible availability Monday through Sunday, days and evenings. Hours will range between 10am to 6pm, up to 6 days a week.
- Must be able to pass a basic security clearance.
