We are hiring an IT Business Analyst to support the company’s overall information technology architecture (internal and external). This includes the day-to-day management of the information systems including supporting a distribution system, software programs, server maintenance, report writing and technical support to end users.

**This role has broad responsibilities, including**:

- Develop business and system requirements for projects using interviews, document analysis, process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business and workflow analysis.
- Perform IT system management functions with exposure in the following areas: online tools, SaaS systems, monitoring, reporting, analysis, back-ups, preventative maintenance, capacity planning and upgrades.
- Cleanse and reconcile master data.
- Implement system procedures and train end users.
- Integrate business systems within the corporate information technology environment.
- Provide leadership for system enhancements and improvements.
- Review departmental requests for improvements and make appropriate recommendations.
- Manage internal and external resources to implement system improvement projects.
- Maintain the internal sales automation system (SaaS-based tools, including Make).

**Skills and Experience**:

- 3+ years’ experience.
- Post-secondary education related to Information Systems/IT or Computer Science.
- Experience with database management, system monitoring, reporting, analysis, back-ups, preventative maintenance, capacity planning and upgrades.
- Experience acquiring data using various processes, such as interviews, document analysis, surveys, business process descriptions, etc.
- Skilled with ERP (Katana), CRM (Pipedrive), Excel, SaaS platforms, and Google software suite.
- Good communication skills.
- Familiarity with automation systems and their development would be an advantage (Python, CSS, and JSON).
