As the Facility Cleaner, you will play a critical role in the organization. The Facility Cleaner will be responsible for performing cleaning duties to ensure the building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe and sanitary manner. With a proven track record in cleaning facilities exceeding 80,000 square meters and ensuring strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) cleaning protocols.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cleans building and facilities, including vacuum, dust, disinfect etc. in accordance with cleaning schedule or as directed by management.
- Replenish consumable items in a timely manner such as soap, paper towels etc.
- Maintain inventory levels and submit requests for replenishment to the Production Supervisor.
- Follow all safety guidelines and use proper safety equipment as required. Ensure the facility is compliant with Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Operate Factory Cat floor scrubber machinery.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, products and equipment.
- Good physical ability.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
- Self-motivated and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize cleaning activities.
