**About us**

Cyan Solutions is a full-service marketing agency looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator to work within a dynamic agency environment.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will coordinate, implement, optimize and report on digital marketing programs. You will manage social media posting and reporting, analytics and SEO initiatives, as part of multi-channel marketing campaigns. You’ll focus on hands-on execution of tactics in key digital channels including Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Coordinating and executing**:

- **Project management**:
You will leverage project management tools like Hubspot to manage digital marketing campaign requests from ensuring requirements are defined, to ensuring timely execution. You will also assist in proposal and report preparation. Your passion for results means you're on top of tactics and trends, consistently monitoring and adjusting project/campaign components as required.
- **Analysis and reporting**:
**Ideally, you have the following**:

- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO and social media management
- Some experience working with or at an agency is a bonus
- A university or college degree in journalism, marketing, communications, business, and/or marketing/public relations.
- Experience with social media publishing, monitoring, analytics and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with platforms such as MailChimp
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools such as Hubspot.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with an attention to detail
- Excellent communications and project management skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and the ability to shift priorities as needed
- Ability to prioritize and to work independently.
- A desire to work in a team setting.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- Digital Marketing Occupations: 3 years (preferred)

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
