**Job Overview**:
Wildpack is seeking an experienced full-time Sales Coordinator to provide manufacturing support. We are looking for a confident, detail-oriented professional who excels at multitasking. This position will be responsible for processing and monitoring sales transactions and all the communication and ERP based work that comes with this. The operations Coordinator will report directly to the Operational Accounting Manager.

**Key Responsibilities: What you do**
- Create Sales Orders in the ERP system
- Record Sales transaction within 24 hours of the transaction occurring
- Work closely with Account Executives as they create orders
- Create new contacts in Odoo
- Submit Credit Applications
- Process credit card transactions
- Assist Cost Accountant, Manufacturing Coordinator, and Inventory Control Coordinator as needed
- Perform additional duties as directed by Operational Accounting Manager

**Your Qualifications: Who you are**
- 3+ years of Sales focused administration or coordinator experience is preferred
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders
- Comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing cycle
- Extensive use of Odoo or equivalent ERP experience
- Detail orientated and proficient in processing routine transactions
- Strong use of Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, Outlook
- Possess effective verbal and written communication skills with customer service orientation
- Must be able to prioritize in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and demonstrate high levels of self-initiation and direction
- Must have the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, cooperate, and collaborate with multiple levels of employees, vendors, suppliers
