**Who We Are Seeking**
We are seeking a motivated and capable Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team. You will work closely with our marketing, finance, business development, sales and customer success teams and be responsible for providing sales operations support using our Salesforce CRM system. In addition, you will work closely with Sales and Customer Success Teams and facilitate the subscription renewal process as well as lead distribution/assignment.
Reporting to a sales leader, you will play a pivotal role supporting in business development, lead management, sales and billing processes through the Sales Force CRM System and have an important role in facilitating subscription renewals.

**What You’ll Do**
**Sales Operations** **and Administration**
- Working closely with the VP Sales and the Marketing, Business Development, Sales and Finance Teams, facilitating our lead management, business development, sales, billing and collection processes.
- Maintaining sales operations documentation on the sales process and best practices, maintain and validate Salesforce CRM data to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Assist the Sales Team with account data entry and input of leads and contact information in Salesforce CRM
- Other Salesforce CRM administration, system maintenance and activity tracking/note taking.
- Assist Sales Team with sales documentation process, for example, quotes, proposals, RFP responses
- Assist VP Sales with sale forecasts and tracking of client account metrics
- Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service

**Salesforce Administration**
- Maintain an accurate database
- Update Salesforce records as required
- Data entry and input of leads and contact information
- System administration
- Train staff on salesforce use

**Shipping and Logistics**
- Coordinate and process shipments for customers as sales are finalized
- Work closely with the Sales team and the logistics department to ensure efficient processing
- Coordinate with customers to facilitate efficient delivery of products on time

- SaaS Software Sales Process Knowledge and Experience
- Salesforce CRM and Documentation Experience
- Project Management Skills and Experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Fluent in Portuguese considered an asset
- Strong analytical skills, expert solution finder
- Impeccable verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Driven, intelligent and well-organized
- Self-starter who thrives in a turbulent and fast-moving environment
- Highly Organized
- Time Management Skills
- Comfortable with remote work
