Fathom Server

Located inside the Hotel Grand Pacific on Victoria’s beautiful inner harbour, Fathom is a stylish restaurant with a unique and exciting menu. We’re looking for an experienced server to join our team and help create exceptional dining experiences for hotel guests, local residents, and visitors from afar.
- Provide a welcoming, first-class experience for our guests
- Advise guests on our menu and use suggestive selling
- Take orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Read guests and accommodate requests where possible.

We offer a respectful and structured work environment, with a hands-on management team.

$19.91/hr plus gratuities

**What We’re Looking For**:

- At least 2 years of serving experience in fine dining or a full-service hotel
- Serving It Right and Food Safe (or equivalent) certificates are required
- Polished and personable with professional verbal communication skills
- Solid knowledge of wines
- Knowledge of Squirrel POS
- A team player who takes initiative to improve knowledge and stay updated on menus
- Comfortable working in a high-volume environment, with proven multi-tasking skills.

Expected hours: 15 - 29 per week
